Between the scheduled arrival and your real time ashore, there may be a tender, terminal, shuttle and a sensible return margin. I build around usable time, not the map.
Usable time
Build a realistic day after disembarkation and before return.
Transport
Choose walking, shuttle, bus, taxi, car or provider according to the actual port call.
Selection
Keep the must-sees that make sense and remove what would make you rush.
Plan B
Keep an alternative when weather, crowds or a closure could change the day.
